its been a long way back time...

haha finally put to actions on exercising and getting into a healthy lifestyle programme.. been working out for past few days and went to gym and swimming earlier, seriously i'm aching all over now, my thigh, biceps,triceps, back and shoulder lol... but i like this after workout feeling, shld be getting a good nite slp tonight haha. Especially the swim, goodness me was really catching my breathe after a few laps and all muscles got tighten, oh ya i fell down a while ago trying to get up on my feet hahaha cos my thigh got strengthless.

More fruits and protein, heavier breakfast, normal lunch and very little dinner...
I knew this guy who is almost 50 yr old (whose looks is 30 plus 40) from New Zealand a while back, hes a in-line-skating coach also a personal fitness trainer in sg, lol he kept encouraging me to cycle to work daily and stuffs like tat, claiming tat one wld look younger and feel energetic daily; also wld perform better in bed LOL. I was luffing my head off, but its true regarding the younger and energetic part, not sure abt the latter part hahaha.

Eh i'm considering whether i should join Daniel Ong (98.7fm dj) for sunday runs after this past few days, but damn i shld've told him i will consider abt it first instead of accepting lol
